Terms of Service
Last updated 31 August 2026
Draft for approval. This wording has not yet been signed off by the client or reviewed by a UK-qualified solicitor. It must not go live in this state.
About these terms
These terms apply to vehicles sold by Times International Trading FZ-LLC and to your use of this website. Nothing in them removes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Outstanding: these terms must be reviewed by a UK-qualified solicitor before publication, and the trading entity and company number must be confirmed. They are a working draft, not legal advice.
Vehicle descriptions and prices
We describe every vehicle as accurately as we can, including known faults and cosmetic imperfections. Specifications, running-cost figures and equipment lists are supplied in good faith from manufacturer and DVLA data and should be confirmed before you rely on them.
Prices shown include VAT unless a vehicle is marked VAT qualifying, in which case the VAT element can be reclaimed by a VAT-registered buyer. We do not charge administration or documentation fees.
We may correct an obvious pricing error before a sale is concluded, and will tell you promptly if we need to.
Reserving a vehicle
A reservation deposit takes the vehicle off sale for the agreed period and is refundable if you decide not to proceed. The sale is concluded when the balance clears and the vehicle is handed over.
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
Every vehicle we sell to a consumer must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it is not:
- within the first 30 days you have the short-term right to reject the vehicle and receive a full refund;
- between 30 days and six months you may ask us to repair or replace it, and if that fails you may claim a refund, which may be reduced to reflect your use of the vehicle.
Satisfactory quality is judged against the age, mileage and price of the vehicle. Wear consistent with a used car of that description is not a fault.
Cancelling a distance sale
If you buy without having inspected the vehicle in person, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you 14 days from delivery to cancel and return it for a refund.
The vehicle must come back in the condition it left us. You may inspect it as you would in a showroom, but we may reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value beyond that, including excessive mileage. Where you have inspected the vehicle before buying, these regulations do not apply.
Warranty
Every vehicle is supplied with the warranty period stated on its listing. The warranty operates alongside your statutory rights and does not replace them.
Finance
We do not offer, arrange or introduce consumer credit, and we receive no commission from lenders. If you are financing a purchase, arrange it independently.
Delivery
Delivery cost is quoted before you commit and is never added later. Risk in the vehicle passes to you on delivery or collection.
Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
