How buying works
No surprises, in five steps
Buying a used car should not feel like a negotiation you are losing. Here is exactly what happens, in the order it happens, including the parts most dealers leave vague.

Find the car
Every car we list is photographed properly, described honestly and priced against the live market. If you cannot see what you want, tell us the model, specification and budget and we will source it through our trade network.

See it properly
Come and see the car in person, or ask for a walkaround video covering the paint, wheels, interior, service book and start-up. We would rather show you a stone chip on camera than have you find it on the driveway.
The car in the photographs should be the car on your driveway.
Anything less than that is somebody else’s business model.

Reserve it
A refundable deposit takes the car off sale while we prepare the paperwork and value your part exchange. Nothing is committed until you are satisfied with the car, the price and the condition report.

Payment and handover
Once the balance clears we complete the V5C transfer, hand over both keys, the service history and the MOT record, and walk you through the car. Collect from us or take covered delivery to your address.
You are not buying paint and leather. You are buying its history.
We hand over the file that proves it, not a promise that it exists.

After you drive away
Every car leaves with warranty cover and our direct number. If something is not right in the first days of ownership we want to hear about it early, not after you have lived with it.
Ready when you are
Ask a question, book a viewing, or tell us what you are hunting for and we will keep an eye out.
