What buyers say

How we want to be judged

Sample copy. These are placeholders showing how reviews will appear. No real customer reviews are published yet, and none will be invented.

  • They sent a walkaround video before I committed, and pointed out a scuff on the nearside alloy I would not have spotted myself. The car arrived exactly as described. That sounds like a low bar until you have bought from someone else.

    Marcus Whitfield

    Range Rover Sport D350Jul 2026

  • I had been looking for months and kept finding cars that were not what the advert claimed. The provenance check was already done and they handed over the paperwork without me asking twice.

    Priya Raghunathan

    Lexus RX 450hJun 2026

  • Straightforward from start to finish and the part-exchange figure was fair rather than the usual opening gambit. Delivery slipped by a day, which is the only reason this is not five stars.

    Dominic Ashworth

    Audi Q5 SportbackJun 2026

  • I asked a lot of awkward questions about service history and got proper answers to all of them. No pressure to decide, and they were happy for me to spend an hour with the car before I said yes.

    Eleanor Brightwell

    Mercedes-Benz GLE 400dMay 2026

  • Second car I have bought from them. They rang me when something matching what I wanted came in, rather than trying to sell me whatever was sitting on the forecourt.

Common questions

The things people ask before they buy

All questions

What warranty comes with your cars?

Every car is supplied with a minimum of twelve months’ warranty cover as standard, and the exact level is stated on each listing. That sits alongside your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which are not affected by any warranty we provide.

Do you check the history of every car?

Yes. Every car is provenance checked before it goes on sale — outstanding finance, insurance write-off records, mileage discrepancies and theft markers. We show the number of previous keepers, the service history and the MOT expiry on each listing, and the full check is available on request.

Will you take my car in part exchange?

In most cases, yes. Send us the registration, mileage and a few photographs and we will give you a considered figure rather than an optimistic one designed to get you through the door. If there is outstanding finance we will settle it directly with your lender.

Do you deliver, and what does it cost?

We deliver anywhere in mainland Great Britain. Cost depends on distance and whether the car travels covered or driven, and we quote it before you commit — it is never added at the last step. Collection from us is always free, and you are welcome to inspect the car before you pay the balance.

Can I change my mind after buying online?

If you buy without seeing the car in person, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you fourteen days from delivery to cancel and return it for a refund. We ask that the car comes back in the condition it left us, with no more than reasonable inspection mileage. If you view the car before buying, the regulations do not apply — which is one reason we would rather you saw it first.

Can I view the car or take a test drive?

Yes, by appointment. We would far rather you spent an hour with the car than bought it from photographs. Bring your licence for a test drive, and bring someone who knows cars if it helps — we have no interest in selling you something you regret.
